Scranton, PA- The Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer team pushed their record to 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the PSUAC with a win on Scranton on Saturday.
At the 10:18 mark, Junior Misa Garcia opened up the scoring, netting a pass from Freshman Nadeem Shakshir. Beaver went up 2-0 at the 27 minute when Shakshir scored an unassisted goal. Beaver would hold the 2-0 lead into the half. In the second half, Beaver scored again. This time, it was Jake Ross scoring off a pass from Garcia. At teh 71 minute, Scranton scored to make it 3-1. Beaver would add two unassisted goal, Sophomre Ethan Paxton and Freshman Colton Heasley scored to make it 5-1.
The Lions have a quick turnaround, as they take on Penn State Lehigh Valley tomorrow. Kick is set for 12PM.
