For years, Penn State Beaver has hosted thousands of childen who learn about teamwork, competition, fitness and gain or improve technical sports skills and self-confidence from Penn State Beaver's coaches and athletes.

Dates and Times are subject to change for all Penn State Beaver Athletics Camps. Refunds will be available if camp dates change and conflict with a campers schedule.

Winter 2026

 Softball Academy (Ages 8-17)

• Ages: 8 to 17
• Dates: Session 1- Sunday's Januaury 4th - January 25th, 2026
             Session 2- Sunday's February 1st - February 22nd and Saturday February 21st
• Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Cost: Session 1- $119
           Session 2- $149
           Both Sessions- $249

The Penn State Beaver Athletic Department is hosting a Softball Academy on Sundays in January and February 2025 for players ages 8 to 17 years.

The academy will cover the fundamentals of pitching, catching, infield play, and outfield play. Games will be played each Sunday. Students will be grouped according to skill level in order to maximize training. The academy will be open to the first 40 registrants.

Welcome to Penn State Beaver Winter Baseball Academy, where young athletes can develop their skills and passion for the game during the off-season! Our academy offers a comprehensive program designed by our coaches for players of all skill levels ages 8 to 17, focusing on fundamentals of the game, beginner and advanced techniques, and competitive game play.

Sport Specific One-on-One Training

Individual Training by Penn State Beaver Coaches. Programs available for training are Boys’ Basketball, Girls’ Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Boys’ Soccer, Girls’ Soccer and Volleyball. The 60-minute training sessions are tailored to the individual needs of the athlete to develop the skills needed to succeed and compete in the specific sport areas. Parents must be present during all 5 training sessions. Five 60-minute training sessions for $135. Parent or guardian MUST be present for the entire 60-minute session.
