Beaver travels to Waynesburg University for Quad Match

Waynesburg, PA---- The Penn State Beaver Wrestling Team traveled to Waynesburg University on Thursday for a quad match featuring the host school Waynesburg and fellow PSUAC members PSU Fayette and PSU Greater Allegheny.

Beaver fell in their first match to Greater Allegheny 20-3. In that match, Ben Barcaskey (Moon Twp., Moon) won by decision 8-3. The second match paired Beaver with the host Waynesburg and Beaver lost by a score of 57-0. In the third and final match of the evening for the Lions, Beaver dropped a match to PSU Fayette 30-18. Barcaskey won by fall at 6:57 and both Dylan Winkle (Aliquippa, Hopewell) and DeVante Phillip (Waldorf MD, Thomas Stone) won by forfeit.
