Scranton, PA- Penn State Beaver Lady Lions would hit the road once again, traveling up to Penn State Scranton for another doubles match. Beaver would successfully outplay Scranton, winning both games. Game 1 would see Beaver quickly gaining points at the top of the first inning, Fourth-year Mackenzie Boyd (Beaver, PA), Third-year Selene Arteaga (Simi Valley, CA), and Second-year Kierstyn Mays (Sterling, IL) would get Beaver a quick 3-0 lead. Scranton would respond at the end of the first by scoring 1 point. Beaver would then go all out once more during the third, fifth, and sixth innings, thanks to First-year Reza Benson (Sunbury, OH), Second-year Kierstyn Mays (Sterling, IL), and Fourth-year Mackenzie Boyd (Beaver, PA). Beaver would quickly end this game with a 6-2 Victory over Scranton. Game 2 would see Scranton put up more of a fight against Beaver. The first and second innings would belong to Scranton, gaining a 5-0 lead over our Lady Lions. Beaver would respond to this by pulling all the stops and making scores during the fourth, sixth, and seventh inning with Fourth-year Mackenzie Boyd (Beaver, PA) making the last score for Beaver, securing another victory at 6-5.
