Monaca, PA - Today the Men's Soccer team played in one of the toughest PSUAC games so far this season. Taking on Penn State Greater Alllegheny, the Men's Soccer team fought hard but it wasn't enough. With Greater Allegheny going up 3-0 in the first half it made it hard for Beaver to get a comeback going. After scoring 3 in the first half of the game, Greater Allegheny was held to 0 in the second half and Beaver was unable to score in either.
Leading Beaver was 2nd Year, Quentin Wertz (Hookstown, PA) in goal. Wertz had 13 saves on 16 shots. 1st Year, Logan Gabriel (Edinburg, PA) took 3 shots on goal, while the following 3 players all took 1 shot on goal, 1st Year, Christian Garcia (Los Angeles, CA), 2nd Year, Joseph Liddle (Torrance, CA), and 2nd Year, Robert Chauvenne (Georgetown, PA).
