Beaver played at home in a doubleheader against Penn state New Kensington. The guys played a great game and had lot's of energy in their games. Beaver won 11-8 in the first game and won the second game 8-7. Beaver won two close games and fought hard and battled every second of the games.
In the first game, Beaver started to get it going in the 2nd inning. Beaver made some great hits and played a great game. 3rd year, Aaron Stribling made a huge hit and got the entire team fired up. After this hit, Beaver seemed to get going and scoring tons of runs. 1st year, Logan ferguson was able to good some great hits to generate points for the team. 2nd year, Chris Cann had a great finishing with 2 runs, 2 hits, and 2 Rbi's. 3rd year, Aaron Stribling finished with 1 run, 2 hits, and 2 Rbi's.
In the second game, Beaver and New Kensington had a lower scoring game. Beaver came out strong after winning the first game with tons of energy. Beaver was down for majority of the game, but continued to come back. 2nd year, Phillip Betz (Marrieta, CA) finsihed the secind game with 1 run, 2 hits, and 2 Rbi's. Beaver was down 5-7 going into the last inning. 3rd year, Aaron Strbling (Hainesport, NJ) had the walk-off hit for Beaver to win the gane!!
3rd year, Aaron Strbling (Hainesport, NJ) won player of the day finishing the day with 3 hits, 4 Rbi's and 2 runs.
