Monaca, PA- Athletic director, Andy Kirschner, was pleased to announce Martin Freese as the next Head Men’s Soccer Coach.
“Freese is an accomplished soccer coach with extensive experience across youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He brings a strong background in player development, team management, and recruitment.” Said Kirschner.
With multiple degrees in Environmental Science, Business Administration, and Sports and Health Sciences, Martin combines academic knowledge with practical coaching skills. His previous role as Head Coach at Westmoreland County Community College involved overseeing all aspects of the program, from recruitment to game strategy. Martin's coaching expertise extends beyond the collegiate realm, having worked with youth teams, high school programs, and even as a Goalkeeper Coach for Central Brevard FC. His experience as a Boys Soccer Program Director at Newberry Christian Academy and coaching multiple varsity teams at Bronson Eagles Soccer demonstrates his versatility and ability to develop talent across different age groups.
As Penn State Beaver's new Head Coach, Coach Freese is poised to bring his passion for soccer, extensive coaching experience, and commitment to holistic athlete development to elevate the program and inspire the next generation of student-athletes.
