Week 26 Athlete of the Week - Reza Benson

This week's Penn State Beaver Athlete of the Week is First-Year, Softball player, Reza Benson. This week Benson played in 2 games kicking off PSUAC play. The team battled tough weather and administrative errors on the road that took out 4 other games this week. Kicking off PSAUC play, Benson playedin both games against Penn State Du Boison the road. Benson had 2 hits this week, with 2 RBI's, scored 2 runs, had a walk, and ended with 0 strikeouts. The team is off to a slow start this season going 0-2 in PSUAC play but they still have time to make a difference in the conference after this first week. Their next game will be on Wednesday, April 9th at 6pm when they travel to take on Chatham University in non-conference game under the lights.
