Bio

Formerly known as Jennifer Hain during her playing days - Jen is a 2006 graduate of Northgate High School. In her four years at Beaver, Jennifer left her mark on the volleyball court, softball field, and in the classroom.

As a Freshman, she was named USCAA All-American in both softball and volleyball; PSUAC ALl-conference in softball and volleyball and earned the team leadership award in softball. During her remaining three years, she collected 3 PSUAC All-Conference in Volleyball, one PSUAC All-Conference in Softball; a Team Leadership award in Volleyball and multiple player of the weeks from both the PSUAC and USCAA. Her team won the PSUAC championship in 2007.

Academically, Jen excelled as well. Earning PSUAC All-Academic All-conference six times, twice for softball and four times for volleyball. In 2009, she received a Student Activity Award, and the prestigious Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award. In 2010, she graduated with a degree in Communications and received the Communications Baccalaureate Award.

After graduation, Jennifer returned to Beaver as an assistant volleyball coach in 2014. In 2019, she was named interim Head Volleyball coach, leading the team to a PSUAC runner up finish, and their first-ever USCAA National tournament berth. Professionally, she is the founding owner of Jennifer Lee Inspirations, who provides a fresh and impactful perspective on communications, leadership, and teamwork.

Jennifer is now married to another former Penn State Beaver graduate, Seth Edwards. They reside in Bellview, PA just outside the city of Pittsburgh.
