Bio

Head Coach Dan Smith is in his sixth year leading the Lady Lions.

Smith, a business instructor at Penn State Beaver, has a variety of playing and coaching experience, including playing for North Allegheny High School and Carnegie Mellon University. He also coached at North Allegheny High School and has coached the Advanced Approach Volleyball Club. 

In 2007, Dan and his team won the PSUAC Championship and he was named Coach of the Year for the first time in his career. Smith’s teams have qualified for the PSUAC Playoffs in each of his campaigns.
