Monaca, PA - The Volleyball team was back on the court at home taking on reining PSUAC Champions Penn State Mont Alto.
Today proved to be a very tough day for Beaver. They were swept away quickly by Mont Alto. In the first set, it ended in Mont Altos favor 25-10. The second set went a little better for Beaver, but Mont Alto closed it out 25-18. The last set ended 25-17, and Mont Alto swept Beaver away.
First year Sofia Perez (Bogota, Columbia) finished with player of the game having 6 kills, 1 assist, and 2 digs. First year Zoie Reid (Salem, OH) finished with 5 kills and 4 blocks. Second year Courtney Simpkins (Palm Bay, FL) finished with 16 assists and 2 digs.
