Beaver Brings Home a Win Over DuBois

DuBois, PA - The Penn State Beaver volleyball team traveled to defeat Penn State DuBois, 3-1, on Saturday, Sept. 25.

Beaver won the first set, 25-12. In the second, Beaver was down, 15-7, but came back to win, 25-23. In the third set, DuBois came out on top with a 25-21 win, but Beaver's Lady Lions ended the game when they won the final set, 25-17.

Beaver's Heather Sandusky (New Brighton High School/New Brighton, PA) had 15 kills and eight digs, and Kellie Karasack (Seneca Valley High Schoo/Cranberry Township, PA) had 18 assists.

Beaver is now 6-2 in the PSUAC. On Monday, Sept. 27, the team will host the La Roche College Lady Redhawks at 7 p.m.
