Marietta College defeats Beaver Lady Lions

Pittsburgh, PA - In the second match of the day, the Penn State Beaver Lady Lions volleyball team fell to Marietta College, 25-15, 25-7, and 25-14.

Beaver was led by junior Heather Sandusky (New Brighton High School, New Brighton, PA) with 10 kills and 6 digs. Senior Jen Hain (Northgate High School, Pittsburgh, PA) led the team with 14 assists.

Beaver is now 0-0 in the PSUAC and 1-5 overall. At 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 5, the Lady Lions take on the Lady Bison of Bethany College (Bethany, WV.)
