Beaver Drops Third Match in La Roche Tournament

Pittsburgh, PA - On Saturday, Sept. 5 the Lady Bison of Bethany College (Bethany, WV) defeated the Penn State Beaver Lady Lions volleyball team in three straight sets in the third match of the La Roche College Tournament, 25-9, 25-14, and 25-13. 

Junior Heather Sandusky, (New Brighton High School, New Brighton, PA) had 7 kills while senior Jen Hain (Northgate High School, Pittsburgh, PA) added 10 assists and 6 digs.

Beaver is now 0-0 in the PSUAC and 1-6 overall. The Lady Lions begin conference play at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 8 when they host Penn State DuBois.
