Mont Alto, PA - The Lady Lions traveled to their first PSUAC Match-Up of the season today. Their trip was to Penn State Mont Alto the defending champions of the PSUAC. With a lot of fight the Lady Lions made a run for it but were unsuccessful in bringing home a win. Mont Alto scored 4 goals in the first half and 3 more in the second while Beaver was unable to score a single goal the whole game.
Sophomore, McKenzie McIntosh (Uniontown, WA) was the only player on Beaver's side to take a shot today. Senior, Megan Bartley (Austintown, OH) played in goal the whole 90 minutes having an impressive 15 saves allowing 7 goals. Some other impressive stats for the game include the 4 corner kicks Beaver took, along with only having 3 team fouls the whole game.
