Unionville, PA - Beaver hosted Penn State Brandywine Staurday afternoon in their last PSUAC game of the season.
In their last conference games of the season, Beaver fell 4-0 to Brandywine. Lose key player, freshman Morgan Stillwagon (Freedom, PA/ Ambridge), Beaver struggled to find their way on the field. In the first 30 seconds of the game, Brandywine were up 1-0 on Beaver. Things seemed hopeful for Beaver with 6 shots on goal but they couldn't pull through.
Brandywine continued their goal streak in the second half, scoring 3 more goals on Beaver leading them 4-0 until the game ended. Beaver were scorless the entire game but freshman, Brittany Zahn (New Brighton, PA/ New Brighton) had 7 out of 11 saves in the game.
After facing this loss, Beaver now play Penn State Schuylkill Wednesday, October 28, at 2 p.m. in the semi finals of the PSUAC playoffs.
