Youngwood, PA -- Lady Lions drop their second game of the season.
In their second road game of the young season, the Women's Soccer team traveled to Westmoreland County Community College where they fell by a final score of 8-0. Coach Schetka said that his team played better than in their first game, but that they still have work to do to improve their chemistry and scoring efforts.
Kailey Bonner (New Brighton, PA/New Brighton), the freshman keeper, did make 14 saves in this afternoons game.
The Lady Lions will return to action on Tuesday, September 9th for their home opener against Penn State Greater Allegheny who they took two wins from last season. Tuesday's game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start at Green Valley Park.
