Lady Lions drop season opener
Beaver opens the season at Pitt Greensburg, falls 8-0

Greensburg, PA---After a delay to the start of the season, the Penn State Beaver Women's soccer team kicked their season off with a trip to Pitt Greensburg. The Lady Lions fell in the season operner by a score of 8-0. This game also marked the debut of new coach Jim Van Kirk, as he got his Penn State Beaver coaching career underway.
The Lady Lions will be back in action on Wednesday as they travel to Chatham University to play at 4pm.
