Lady Lions Battle to Secure an 85-6 Win Against Fayette
Lady Lions come back in the end to get the win over Penn State Fayette

Lemont Furnace, PA – Lady Lions got behind, but fought their way to the win tonight. First-Katie Enderle (Darlington, PA) got the first points on the board for Beaver with a layup. She was followed by a layup by Second-year Emery Black (New Braunfels, TX). First-year Jaden Tesch (Chippewa, PA) had a layup and got Beaver up to a 6-0 lead. Going into the locker room, the Lady Lions were up 42-38. They were slow coming out of the locker room allowing Fayette to gain a lead. First-year, Bailey Rieg (Pittsburgh, PA) made a three-pointer to get Beaver up 44-42. At the end of the quarter, Beaver was losing 58-63. Enderle made a layup to put them within three of Fayette. Starting the fourth, First-year, Cashimere Ralph (Pittsburgh, PA) made a jumper to start the scoring for the Lady Lions. Rieg got Beaver up to their final score with a pair of free throws.
Leading the scoring First-Katie Enderle (Darlington, PA) was scoring a total of 17 points, 3 steals, 2 rebounds, and 1 block. Second year, Emery Black (New Braunfels, TX) scored 15 points, 1 assist, 6 rebounds, and 1 assist. First Year, Bailey Rieg (Pittsburgh, PA) with 11 points, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds. The team went 19-31 (61.3%) from the free-throw line and 30-82 (36.6%) from the field
