The Lady Lions take on La Roche in a non- conference matchup on their home field. Beaver wins their 11th game at home this year. The Lady a lions started off hot and continued to play very well throughout the day. Beaver won both games. First game the final score was 11-3. Beaver wins the second game
To start the first game, The Lady Lions started off the first inning off very well scoring 3 runs. 2nd year, Selene Arteaga (Similar Valley, CA) started the game off with a great home run to the left field. All batters in the rotation had a great game with multiple hits. Beaver won huge 11-3 in the first game. Beaver confidence throughout the game was great!! They played hard and had amazing team work only allowing 3 runs. 2nd year, Selene Arteaga (Simi Valley, CA) finished the game with 2 runs, 3 hits, and 5 Rbi's. 3rd year, Mackenzie Boyd (Beaver, PA) finished the game with 3 runs, 3 hits, and 2 Rbi's.
In the next game, The lady lions struggles at the beginning of the game. We finally got the board around the 3rd inning. 2nd year, Selene Arteaga hit a in the park home run!! That got the team excited and Beaver came back and won. 1st year, Kierstyn Mays (Sterling, IL) made a huge walk-off allowing 3rd year, Mackenzie Boyd (Beaver, PA) to slide home safe to win the gaame!! Beaver played their hearts out in both games!!
