Monaca, PA – Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer hosted Berkley New Jersey today in their 5th game of the season. Beaver is still in search of their fist win of the season before getting into conference play.
In the first half of the game Beaver was able to withstand a lot of pressure from Berkley who took 31 shots in the first half with 15 of them on goal. Although being under an immense amount of pressure Beaver only allowed 1 goal in the first half. At the start of the second half the game was looking very similar to the first with Berkley putting a lot of pressure on Beaver. After giving up their second goal of the game Berkley's offensive pressure became too much and the final score of the game would end up being 9-0.
Beaver travels to Carlow to take on the Celtics in their next match on September 10th at 4:00pm to try and grab their first win of the season.
