New Kensington, PA - The Lions were back on the field today nearing the end of their season. It has been tough this season for Men's Soccer not having a single win on their record. This was the last road game for the Lions, and it did not end well. New Kensington sent them home with a 5-1 loss, and Beaver's 12th loss of the season.
While Beaver did loss, first year Robert Chauvenne (Gerogetown, PA) scored the only goal for Beaver just half way through the first half. New Kensington scored most of their goals in the first half finishing with three total, and then went on to score two more goals later into the second half.
Beaver will be back at home on October 21st taking on Penn State Mont Alto starting at 2pm EST. Before the game begins, there will be a short ceremony celebrating fifth year Jake Saldivar, fifth year Tyler VanKirk, and fifth year Ethan Paxton for all their hard work this season and past seasons.
