Men's Soccer falls to WVU Tech in a tough loss.

Montgomery, WV -- Beaver traveled to WVU Tech this afternoon to face a very talented WVU Tech team, who is also a member of the USCAA.

In the first half Beaver let in two goals in the first 20 minutes, and at the 33 minute mark WVU Tech added 3 more goals within 6 minutes.  Depite the defensive efforts, Beaver went into the half down 6-0.

In the second half, Beaver continued to struggle to generate offense.  WVU Tech, however, continued their scoring efforts as they netted an additional 7 goals, winning by a final score of 13-0.

In goal for Beaver was Matt Cottage (Baden, PA/Ambridge) who faced 22 shots on goal.

Beaver will return to action Saturday afternoon for their final home game, scheduled for 2 p.m.
