Rochester, PA--- This rainy afternoon Penn State Beaver hosted Potomac State.
Penn State Beaver came out on fire maintaing most of the posession time. At the 11 minute mark Lamont Wright (Pittsburgh, PA/Penn Hills) scored beaver's first goal assited by Ryan Bogolin(Wexford, PA/Pine Richland). Wright wasn't satisfied with scoring just one goal, he added another goal two minutes later assisted from Marcus Smith (Pittsburgh, PA/Perry). Before the first half ended Potomac State put in a goal to go into half 2-1.
In the second half Smith added a goal to make the game 3-1. Beaver controlled the rest of the game to defeat Potomac State 3-1. Beavers win streak continues to 5 games. This is Beaver's longest soccer win streak in years.
Beaver plans to continue their win streak October 11th against Penn State Wilkes-Barre at 2 p.m.
