Rochester Pa,--- Penn State Beaver lost to Alfred State 4-2.
Alfred State came out firing on all cylinders but couldn't get a goal to connect. Beaver finally stepped the pace up and at 12:01 Dom DeMino (Moon Township, PA / OLSH) scored, assisted from Marcus Smith (Pittsburgh, PA/Perry) making the game 1-0, which would be the score at the end of the first half.
Alfred State came out strong scoring two goals in a row to start the second half. Due to injuries Beaver sat alot of people out in the second half, but that did not stop Lamont Wright (Pittsburgh, PA/Penn Hills) from scoring at the 61:17 mark assisted from Nidal Qaddumi (Boston, MA / International School of Choueifat Alain) which tied the game up 2-2. That swing in momentum wasn't enough to fuel Beaver to a win as Alfred State scored two more goals to close the game out by a final score of 4-2.
