New Kensingston, PA--- Penn State Beaver took on Penn State New Kensington today and fell short 3-1.
In the beginning of the game Beaver came out flat letting two goals in early at 7:30 and 9:26. Penn State Beaver stayed confident and kept playing well through the half. At the 34th minute Dom DeMino (Moon Township, PA / OLSH) put a goal in to put Beaver one goal away from the tie. At Halftime the score remained 2-1.
In the second half Beaver came out moving the ball around and making runs but New Kensington quickly gained possession and put another goal in at the 47th mintue and maintained the lead to win the game to win 3-1.
Penn State Beaver is now 1-1 in the conference, and their next game is a home game against Penn State Brandywine September 20th at 2 p.m.
