Unionville, PA--- Penn State Beaver hosted Westmoreland Community College at Green Valley Park on a rainy Wednesday and lost by a score of 5-3. Beaver struck first as they scored from a Tyler Blake (Crescent, Moon) goal which was assisted by Mike Biskup (Aliquippa, Center). Beaver scored their second goal from Mark Shaheen (Philadelphia, Avonworth) which was assisted by Mahmoud Helal (Cario Egypt, Choueirat). Beaver scored again with another goal from Blake as Juan Castano (Coraopolis, Moon) assisted and the game was all tied up at three going into the half. WCCC then came out strong in the second half and took a 4-3 lead and then added one more goal to take the contest by a score of 5-3.
Beaver will play again on Saturday as they travel to Penn State York to play at 1pm.
