WCCC Rolls Beaver, 3-0

Youngwood, PA - Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer Team (2-10, 2-3 PSUAC) dropped a non-conference match against the Wolfpack of Westmoreland County Community College, 3-0.

The men were down 1-0 at the half despite strong play from keeper Cody Killmeyer (Langley/Pittsburgh, PA) and TJ Couch (New Brighton/New Brighton, PA).

Beaver had an opportunity in the early moments of the second half, as WCCC received an early red card resulting in a one man advantage for Beaver. However, Beaver could not muster any offense and WCC added two second half goals, to earn the 3-0 win.

Beaver will next play on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at home against the undefeated Falcons of Notre Dame College (South Euclid, OH).
