Beaver tops Worthington Scranton, 4-1

Scranton, PA - On Saturday, Oct. 9, the Penn State Beaver men's soccer team defeated Penn State Worthington Scranton, 4-1, and is now 5-2 in the PSUAC. 

All scoring happened in the first half, beginning with a goal by Peter Williams (Beaver High School/Beaver, PA) off an assist by Tyler Blake (Moon High School/Crescent Township, PA). 

Next, Blake scored unassisted, followed by another goal by Williams. Scott Stawiarski (West Allegheny High School/Imperial, PA) scored Beaver's last goal of the game to secure the win before the half.

On Sunday, Oct. 10, Beaver travels to go up against Penn State Schuylkill at 1 p.m.
