Lions end season with 2-1 loss to Penn State Hazleton

Rochester, PA - The Penn State Beaver men's soccer team ended its season with a 2-1 loss to Penn State Hazleton in the first round of the PSUAC playoffs, Sunday, Oct. 24. 

Hazleton began scoring at the 65-minute mark, but Beaver's Mike Biskkup (Center High School/Center Township, PA) responded less than a minute later with an unassisted goal of his own.

The game remained tied deep into the second half, but Hazleton notched a second goal at the 88-minute mark to secure the win.

Beaver ended its season at 6-10 overall and 6-4 in the PSUAC. The team was third in the regular season and tied for fifth place in the PSUAC Tournament.
