Lions return home 2-0 for the weekend

Schuylkill Haven, PA - The Penn State Beaver men's soccer team had a winning weekend, defeating Penn State Scranton, 4-1, Saturday, Oct. 9 and Penn State Schuylkill, 1-0, on Sunday, Oct. 10.

Beaver's Tyler Blake (Moon High School/Crescent Township, PA) scored ten minutes into the first half, and it was all the team needed to secure the win. 

Defensively, Brad Prinkey (Freedom High School/Freedom, PA) played goalie for Beaver and had the shutout.

The team is now 6-7-0 overall and 6-2 in the PSUAC. On Thursday, Oct. 14, the Nittany Lions travel to take on the Barons of Franciscan University of Steubenville (OH) at 4 p.m.
