Du Bois, PA--- Penn State Beaver took on foe Penn State Du Bois this evening looking to imporve their conference record.
Penn State Beaver started with energy, but Penn State Du Bois matched their energy by matching beavers scoring ability. With 11 minutes left in the first half the game was tied 18-18. Soon after that Beaver went on a 7-0 run. Christian James (Frederick, MD/Frederick) helped Beaver push ahead by scoring 10 points in 3 minutes to push the lead to 11 points. Beaver went into halftime 48-30.
Early in the second half Beaver kept their momentum they had in the first half and jumped out to a 15-6 run pushing the lead to 75-45. Beaver executed and pushed the ball to close the game out early. Beaver led by as many as 37. Beaver went on to win 92-57.
Beaver was led by Willie James (Pittsburgh, PA/Westinghouse) and Christian James with 21 points, Lamont Wright (Pittsburgh,PA/Penn Hills) added 14 points.
