Monaca, PA - Baseball has now played three days i a row, winning just one game out of the five played. Beaver faced Fayette two days in a row, with the first day ending in a split, and the second day ending in two losses. Beaver only played one game today, taking on Community College of Allegheny County-Boyce. Beaver currently sits 1-12 entering this game, and CCAC-Boyce sits at 3-4 in their season. Beaver was looking for another win, but instead they were handed another loss ringing them to a 3 game losing streak.
CCAC-Boyce started this game scoring 2 runs between the first and third inning. Beaver responded by scoring 2 runs of their own in the fourth inning. In the span of three innings, the sixth through the eight, CCAC-Boyce scored 12 runs. Beaver was able to respond with 2 runs in the eight inning, but it was not enough to get back into the game. Beaver was left behind losing 14-4.
Sophomore Aaron Stribling (Hainesport, NJ) and junior Matthew Cater (Monaca, PA) each scored 2 runs for Beaver in this game.
