The Lady Lions Lead Against Penn State Schuylkill

Schuylkill Haven,PA- The Lady Lions return to conference play in style taking a 76-65 win against Schuylkill. While also adding to their win streak making it a total of 6 games. 

Beaver started the first quarter with an 8-0 scoring streak to put them in the lead. Schuylkill brought the game within three before Beaver went on another scoring streak. At the end of the first ten minutes, the score was 26-16. In the Second quater, Beaver continued to be able to connect to the basket scoring a total of 21 points heading into halfime. While coming out of halftime, the tables turned and Schuylkill lead Beaver for the third quarter scoring 21-12. Beaver continuing to be persistent, the Lady lions fought hard in the fourth quarter, finishing the game strong with a 76-65 final score. 

Beaver continued to domintate for the remainder of the game. Continuing to play well as a team. Four of the Beaver Lady Lions made their mark on the stats sheet, Second year Makitah Logan (Pittsburgh,PA) went 5-8 from the arc while also having a total of 17 points. First year Emery Black (New Braunfel, TX) leading the team with 6 steals and 6 assists. Fourth year Kyra Seggeweiss (Calgary Alberta, Canada) getting the job done around the basket with 7 rebounds.
