The Lions secured a 3-1 victory in the opener and followed up with a commanding 13-2 win in the second game.
Game 1: Penn State Schuylkill 3, Penn State Beaver 1
A late-game rally and strong pitching helped Penn State Schuylkill secure a close 3-1 victory in the opening matchup.
- Early Lead: The Lions struck first in the top of the first inning when RayJay Marmolejos reached on a hit-by-pitch, later scoring on an RBI single by Brenan Adams.
- Beaver Ties It: In the sixth, Penn State Beaver leveled the score at 1-1 on a sacrifice fly from Philip Betz.
