Four Lady Lions named PSUAC All-Conference

Monaca, PA -- Four Lady Lions are named to the 2015 PSUAC All-Conference Team.

Being named 1st Team All-Conference are Jenna Petrucci, Morgan Cannister and Brenda Martinez.

Jenna Petrucci (New Caslte, PA/Shanengo), a sophomore 1st year player, led the team in kills with 219 on the season and was 2nd in the conference in kills. Jenna also contributed 141 digs and 19 aces on the season.

Morgan Cannister (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell) a freshman outside hitter, finished second on the team in kills with 147 while only playing in 18 of the 27 games this season, due to injury. Cannister also added 23 aces and 147 digs this season.

Brenda Martinez (El Centro, CA/Southwest) a freshman setter, led the team and conference with 566 assists. She also tallied 217 digs to finish second on the team and 5th in the conference.

Being named 2nd Team All-Conference was sophomore, Julianna Kon (Hopewell, PA/Hopewell), who led the team and was third in the conference in digs with 229. She also contributed 43 aces from the service line.
