Alfred, NY -- Lady Lions fall on the road to Alfred State by a final score of 5-0.

After two strong wins, the Lady Lions looked to be finding their stride in the middle of the season, but Alfred was too much for the Lady Lions.

In the first half, Alfred got on the board early, scoring at 3:12, this set the tempo for the game as the Lions gave up three first half goals, trailing at the half 3-0.

The second half opened in the same fashion with Alfred netting their fourth goal less than a minute into the half. Beaver struggled to generate any offense only putting one shot on goal through 90 minutes. The would eventually fall by a final score of 5-0.

Sitting at 2-4 overall, Beaver will return to action on Thursday, October 1st at 4:00 p.m. when they play host to Penn State Greater Allegheny and look to improve on their PSUAC record.
