Monaca, PA- Penn State Beaver men's basketball team continues to dominate in the conference.
In the first half Beaver would come out and almost immediately score. Beaver played great in the half but the real highlight came from Sophomore Rob Agurs (Pittsburgh, PA / Penn Hills), who did something players rarely do, he reached 1000 points in his college career. Beaver went in to halftime with a score of 55-34. Beaver's offense was led by Nick Miller (Beaver Falls, PA / Beaver Falls) with 22 points followed by Tiere Phillips (Pittsburgh, PA / Penn Hills) with 13.
In the second half Beaver would double their score and hold New Kensington at only 67 points to end the game, 103-67. Beaver's Miller would again lead the offense with 13 points followed by reserve Ignacio Alleyne (Stafford, VA / Colonial Forge) with 8.
Beaver now has a conference record of 7-0 and face off against Penn College on Friday.
