Clarion, PA- Beaver's Nittany Lion's winning streak ends with a loss to the Clarion University Golden Eagles.
In the first half, both teams went neck and neck. Clarion immediately put points on the board but Beaver answered. The score continued to rise but Clarion was able to score one more point than Beaver with a score of 40-41. Beaver was led by Nick Miller (Beaver Falls, PA / Beaver Falls) who had 13 points in the half and Rob Agurs (Pittsburgh, PA / Penn Hills) who had 10. Tashaun Goode (New Brighton, PA / New Brighton) led the team in rebounds with 5.
In the second half, Clarion distanced themselves from Beaver. Beaver attempted to score points but Clarion had them beat on offense. The final score was 88-95, Clarion. Beaver was led on offense again by Agurs and Miller who had 18 and 16 points respectively. Goode again led the on defense with 6 rebounds.
