DuBois, PA- The Men of Penn State Beaver (17-4, 13-1 PSUAC) went on the road tonight against Penn State DuBois (DuBois, PA).
Still angry from a home loss back in November, Beaver came out aggressive. Chris Weathers (New Brighton/New Brighton, PA) put Beaver on the board first, as the opening minutes of the game saw three lead changes. Great defense from Beaver gave them a ten point 39-29 lead at the half.
The momentum from the first half carried into the second half with Beaver as they forced six DuBois turnovers giving them a 20 point lead with 15:10 left in the game. Beaver completely shut out DuBois in the second half and went on to win 84-58.
For the night, Nick Miller (Beaver Falls/Beaver Falls, PA) lead the team with 18 points, followed by Tyler Care (Lincoln Park/Hopewell, PA) with 13, and Patrick Horton (Farrell/Farrell, PA) and Julian Taylor (Rochester/Rochester, PA) with 11 each.
