Blackhawk Graduate to Play Men's Basketball at Beaver
The Penn State Beaver Men's Basketball Program is pleased to announce that Chance Siaus from Blackhawk High School (Beaver Falls, PA) has decided to continue his academic and athletic careers on the Beaver campus.
The 6'0" guard led the team in scoring his junior and senior years and was also named the "Most Valuable Player" at the Grove City Tournament this past season. On top of that, Siaus is an accomplished student and has been consistently on the honor roll since 6th grade.
Known as well-rounded offensive player who can score the ball a number of different ways, Siaus has stated that, "I'm looking forward to getting a great education while playing my favorite sport and most of all, enjoying the experience."
Men's Basketball Coach Brian Bibey said of the Honor Roll student, "We are very happy that Chance has decided to join our program because we feel he will fit in well with the rest or our players and be able to provide value to the team right away."
