McKeesport Grad to Join Lady Lions

Maniah Robinson from Mckeesport High School is the newest addition to the Penn State Beaver Women's Basketball Program.  Coach Moore is excited about the addition of Robinson and what she can bring to the program.  "Maniah has great, speed and court vision" says Moore.  "She can also score the ball and is just an all-around great team player.  She will be able to provide us with leadership on the court with her experience at point guard."

Maniah chose Penn State Beaver because she feels that she will be able to contribute to an already successful program right from the start.  Academically Maniah says "Penn State Beaver gave me a home feeling where I can be welcomed with open-arms and receive support as needed.

Aside from playing basketball for eight years Maniah has also participated in track, volleyball and cheerleading.
