Chartiers-Houston Grad to join Lady Lions Basketball in the Fall
Cassidy Stollar selects Penn State Beaver to continue her career
While Penn State Beaver Women's Basketball is rounding out it's 2016 recruiting class, they would like to welcome the addition of Cassidy Stollar from Chartiers-Houston. Cassidy has been playing basketball for nine years and is also involved in Cross Country. "Cassidy fits out style of play very well, she is a quick versatile guard. She can shoot the three well and she attacks the hoop strong. She will be a solid guard within our program" says Coach Moore.
Cassidy chose Penn State Beaver for a few different reasons. First she said "I chose Penn State Beaver athletically because the basketball program has been very successful over the past years and it is something that I would like to be a part of. I also get to continue playing the game I love at a great school. Academically I decided on Penn State Beaver because of the small class sizes. It will be an easier environment for me to learn as well as connect with people."
Outside of playing basketball, Cassidy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
