New Kensington, PA - Penn State New Kensington emerged victorious against Penn State Beaver with a final score of 5-3.

New Kensington took an early lead in the second inning when Antonia Velasquez singled, allowing Linda Shepard to score from third base on an error, putting them ahead 1-0. They extended their lead in the same inning when Piper Zufall hit a clutch double, bringing in two more runs, making it 3-0.

Penn State Beaver fought back in the fourth inning, with Mackenzie Boyd's RBI single and Selene Lopez's RBI groundout, narrowing the gap to 3-2.

However, Penn State New Kensington maintained their lead, with Linda Shepard's RBI double in the sixth inning extending their advantage to 4-2. Madison Hoyt then added another run by stealing home, further solidifying their lead at 5-2.
