Monaca, PA - After a tough weekend the boys have made their comeback competing in two games and starting a new streak. Through 2 halfs the men dominated the court, finishing 6 points up in the first, and finishing 17 points up in the second. Finishing the game an impressive 23 points ahead of Du Bois they played well as a team and made some impressive plays.
Leading the team for Beaver was Senior, Devon Johnson who scored 24 points, had 5 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists. Freshman, Chris Green was able to help the team with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Finally, Senior, Izaiah Dickerson, was key in tonights win as well with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists. With 3 people playing over 40 minutes the team got into a good flow and were able to stick through to the end to finalize this dominating win.
Being on a 2-win streak is huge for the Lions as they go into the final weeks of the season. The men will play again on Feb. 12th at 2022 at 5pm against Penn State Lehigh Valley. Make sure to show your support in person or on line through the Rise and Roar Network!
