CENTER VALLEY, PA (November 1, 2023) - The #3 seeded Penn State Lehigh Valley Soccer team kept their season and championship hopes alive with a 3-0 shutout victory over visiting #6 Penn State Beaver on a chilly Wednesday afternoon on the campus of Penn State Lehigh Valley. With this win, the team improves to 13-2 overall.
Lehigh Valley's Jerod Younes, Michael Meyers Jr. and Parker Hoff all scored a goal a piece. Jonathan Smith had the shutout win in goal for Lehigh Valley.
The team will travel and face #2 Penn State New Kensington this Sunday at 2:00 PM. The winner will advance to the PSUAC Championship Tuesday at University Park at 4:00 PM.
