D'Montez Owens led the charge with a game-high 27 points, shooting an efficient 9-for-16 from the field while adding six assists and three steals. Malik Davis was a force inside, recording a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Izzy Santiago provided a huge spark off the bench, scoring 20 points on 8-for-12 shooting, including four three-pointers. Devin Alston also made key contributions, finishing with nine points and four rebounds while hitting all four of his free-throw attempts.
The Lions shot an impressive 47.5% from the field and capitalized at the free-throw line, converting 73.9% of their attempts. Their defensive intensity in the second half proved crucial, forcing 15 turnovers overall and recording eight blocks and 10 steals.
With the win, Penn State Shenango concludes their season with a 6-22 overall record and a 5-12 mark in conference play. Despite the challenges throughout the season, the Lions ended on a strong note, showing resilience and determination in their final game.
