Beaver Falls, PA - In a tough match the Lady Lions fell short. Potomac State had a hot first half scoring 6 of their 8 goals on the night, while Beaver was unable to tally a point to the board.
The Lady Lions had some highlight for the match though. Senior, Marissa King (Dubois, PA), was able to play hard and get 3 SOG for the night, a high for the Lady Lions this season. On the other side of the field Megan Bartley (Austintown, OH) had an impressive 28 saves. Nikki Chin (Bayside, NY) and Abigail Pereira (Hillside, NJ) both had a SOG as well tonight.
The Lady Lions will travel for their final game of the season on Sunday as they take on Penn State Mont Alto at 1pm.
