Beaver Falls, PA - Today Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer took on Penn State Brandywine, home, at Wright Field. Today was a tough game for Beaver as Brandywine took home the win 9-0. Brandywine came out strong scoring 5 goals in the first half of the game and 4 in the second half of the game. This now puts Beaver 5-7-1 overall and 4-3 in the conference.
Freshman Gabi Barreto (Beaufort, SC) played for 40 minutes today and had 9 saves allowing 4 goals. Freshman Ernesto Castillo-Platero (Henrico, VA) played the first half of the game in goal having 7 saves and allowing 5 goals. Sophmore Nadeem Shalshir (Jerusalem), freshman Justin Odoemene (Sicklerville, NJ), junior Tanner Golletti (Monaca, PA), and freshman Emeka Dawkins (Los Angeles, CA) each had 1 shot on goal tonight.
